What are the basic requirements to switch over the Deep Sky Mobile?

All you need to switch over to Deep Sky Mobile is to have a phone that is both unlocked, and compatible with either Sprint's PCS or T-Mobile network.

How can I find out if my phone is compatible to switch over?

Easiest way is to go to our ACTIVATE page and enter your MEID or IMEI number into our system to see if your phone qualifies. You can find this information by simply going to "Settings > About Device > Status > and then MEID or IMEI listed on phone.

Do I need a new SIM Card to access service?

Yes, you'll need to purchase a new SIM card when you Bring Your Own Phone from another wireless provider. Simply buy a Sprint SIM for your specific device then return to our Activate page on website to start your service.

Previous Sprint Users:

Sprint users can reuse a SIM that was previously utilized in the device, but is now deactivated. Deep Sky Mobile does not supply SIM cards for the Sprintâ„¢ network, but you can buy them online here.

GSM Devices: You can request new SIM card for your GSM device by going to our contact us page

It says my phone is not Sprint compatible. Can I still get Deep Sky service?

Yes! We are currently in stage offering only Sprint device users the ability to switch over to our unlimited service, BUT we will be launching mobile service and price plans for GMS devices shortly. If interested you can request service for your GSM phone by submitting request on our contact us page

My phone is locked, what do I do?

Your old carrier will have to domestically unlock your phone before you can bring it to Deep Sky Mobile. Please contact the previous carrier to unlock the phone.

- For Sprint phones, customers can visit the nearest Sprint Retail location Sprint Repair Centers or call Sprint at 1-888-211-4727

- For Verizon phones, customers can contact Verizon customer care at 1-800-922-0204

- For T-Mobile phones, customers can contact customer care at 1-877-453-1304
